We designed an Event Management Copilot using Power Apps, Copilot Studio, and Power Automate to streamline event registrations, reminders, and post-event analytics.

Business Problem

Our internal events team managed multiple corporate events manually by tracking attendee lists, registration forms, and post-event feedback — often using disconnected Excel sheets.

Solution Implementation

We built:

  • Power App for registration and event creation connected to Dataverse.
  • Copilot Studio integration that allows users to interact conversationally, e.g., “Who has registered for the Data Summit?” or “Send reminders to those who haven’t responded.”
  • Power Automate flows to trigger emails, Teams reminders, and feedback collection.
  • Power BI dashboards for attendance insights and engagement metrics.

Copilot used event metadata from Dataverse to guide organizers through every step — from setup to analytics — directly within Teams.

Outcome

Event coordination time reduced by 50%, and attendee engagement rose significantly through automated reminders and personalized follow-ups.
